Easy Tahini Sauce Recipe

Easy Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup well-stirred tahini
- Juice of 1 whole lemon
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, except water and/or olive oil, to a bowl and stir until well combined.
- Add water and olive oil, mixing as you go. Use less water or olive oil if you like a thicker sauce and use more if you'd like it to be thinner and more like a dressing.
- Serve right away on your favorite bowl or salad and enjoy! Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 1 week.
