Together, we’ll come up with a personalized plan to help you reach your health and wellness goals. Virtual appointments are offered as a video visit or over the phone.

  • Initial: $125 (60 minutes)

  • Follow-up: $75 (30 minutes)

  • Three-session package: $200 ($275 value)

    • One 60-minute session

    • Two 30-minute sessions

  • Five-session package: $350 ($425 value)

    • One 60-minute session
